Some loved the fireworks.....
Some were learning to ease in to the fun.......
Some hid out on the front porch......
And some found better things to do........
After the initial uncertainty......
Everyone seemed to love them.
We were a little unsure of how Alidia would fare tonight with the big fireworks and we were well prepared to whisk her off to the car if the loud noises got to be too much. She sure surprised us! She loved to yell "BOOM" after she heard them in the distance and when she got to see them up close she giggled and yelled out and signed "MORE" between each one. After a bit though she decided she'd seen enough for one year and curled up and went to sleep despite the still deafening "booms" ringing all around us.
