A home for an alligator

Cole and his alligator habitat were the big project of the morning today. Initially it was kept fairly simple with lots of mud and grass and a few extra animals for the alligator to eat.


He was happy with it for a few minutes.......


Then he got a little crazy with the design and added some fish, shrimp (the little pink things in the water) and ants (the orange things crawling all over the board). And of course wanted everything glued down so that it would remain perfectly intact at all times.


Then he realized I was taking pictures of his project and wasn't too pleased with me anymore...
