Painting the Coop

Daddy's little helpers, eager to paint the chicken coop. But don't be fooled; they helped for the first 5 minutes and the last 5 minutes, which probably was a good thing as you'll see below.


Aviana has her own technique for painting the coop, finger painting.


Cole looks like he's in control with that paintbrush but you can't see the paint-covered grass....and the paint covered chickens. After a few opportunities to change his painting methods, he had to take a little forced break.


He then spent some time watching instead of actually being trusted with the brush.


And then we tried a smaller scale project just for him and that seemed to be a more positive experience.


Unfortunately, we never even gave Alidia a chance with the small scale project and she let us know how she felt about that.
