After a week of sickness (diarrhea, vomiting, no appetite, lethargy, you name it) Alidia is back on her feet and tearing up the place. She has officially decided to give up naps no matter how desperately I try to force them. We've had about three naps in three weeks.....why do I have such crazy non-sleeping children!!
She's been wearing big-girl panties around the house and doing awesome! She's still at the stage of needing to go right away, there's no holding it yet, so we have made no attempt to leave the house in panties and probably won't even bother for a while. I'm just happy to be diaper free at home (mostly)!
She's eating cereal with milk, which she thinks is super cool, since it's just like her brother and sister. Way messier than dry cereal, but according to the dentist, way better for your teeth, so we deal with the mess and she loves it!
She loves puzzles, sorting shapes/blocks/etc., dumping and filling buckets, playing pretend with her babies, and destroying her siblings with her light saber skills.....
She loves to watch the chickens, but prefers them in their box. When we let them out she gets pretty vocal about telling us "Chicky's Back" while pointing wildly at their box.
Anything Cole and Aviana do, she loves. She loves their attention and being just as big as them.
She has the stubbornness to withstand the worst of Cole's stubborn streaks and an independent attitude that rivals Aviana's spirit. I think we'll have our hands full with this little bundle of spunk over the next few months.....wish us luck!
